Overview
Valgen Medtech has developed and commercialized several interventional devices for structural heart disease, most notably the DragonFly™ Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair System. The DRAGONFLY-DMR pivotal trial demonstrated significant clinical success in treating chronic symptomatic 3+ to 4+ degenerative mitral regurgitation at prohibitive surgical risk. Over 300 patients have been treated with this system in China, with positive safety and efficacy results presented at major international conferences[4].
