Vandana Life Sciences is an Indian pharmaceutical company that specializes in the development and manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and bulk drug intermediates. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, the company operates manufacturing facilities, including a unit in Visakhapatnam, and features fully equipped analytical laboratories for method development and validation. Previously operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Viyash Life Sciences, Vandana Life Sciences was part of a major consolidation in the Indian pharma sector. In late 2025, the Competition Commission of India approved a composite scheme of amalgamation merging Vandana Life Sciences and several other Viyash group entities into Sequent Scientific Limited, establishing Sequent as the ultimate surviving entity.
