Varian, Inc. (commonly known as Varian Instruments) was a leading global provider of scientific instruments and vacuum technologies for the life sciences, environmental, and industrial markets. Spun off from Varian Associates in 1999, the company specialized in high-performance analytical tools including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry, and chromatography systems. These products were essential for pharmaceutical drug discovery, chemical analysis, and academic research.
