Vascular Concepts is an India-based cardiovascular medical device company focused on the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of endovascular devices for minimally invasive treatment of arterial and structural heart disease. The company is best known for coronary and peripheral stent systems, including drug-eluting and bare-metal stents, as well as covered stents, occluders, and interventional accessories. Its products have included the sirolimus-eluting Pronova franchise, Prolink and Prozeta coronary stents, peripheral stents, and Cocoon structural heart closure devices. The company originated as Medical Concepts in 1988 and later operated as Vascular Concepts Limited. Vascular Concepts was acquired by Sahajanand Medical Technologies in 2020, but its brand, website, and product portfolio have continued to appear in the market post-acquisition.
