Overview
Vascular Dynamics has developed the MobiusHD device, an endovascular carotid implant designed to amplify the body’s natural baroreflex mechanism and modulate autonomic nervous system activity. Preliminary feasibility studies in heart failure patients have shown promising safety and efficacy results, with improvements in clinical endpoints such as quality of life scores, six-minute walk distance, NT-proBNP levels, and left ventricular ejection fraction.
