Vaxeal has developed long synthetic peptide vaccines targeting Survivin, Cyclin B1, and Midkine, combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Pre-clinical validation has demonstrated efficacy and lack of toxicity across several animal and ex vivo human models, with first-in-human studies planned.
