Vaxinia

Vaxinia is a biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation oncolytic virus therapies to treat a broad range of solid tumors. The company's core technology is the CF33 platform, a chimeric vaccinia virus engineered to selectively infect and kill cancer cells while promoting a systemic anti-tumor immune response. Originally developed at the City of Hope National Medical Center, the technology was licensed by Vaxinia before the company was acquired by Imugene in 2019.
