Overview
Vaxxas has demonstrated its HD-MAP needle-free vaccine delivery system can generate robust immune responses at lower doses compared to traditional injections. The company has completed five successful Phase I clinical trials with over 500 participants using COVID‑19, flu, and measles/rubella vaccines. Its first US IND-enabled trial for a pre-pandemic flu vaccine began in late 2024 with BARDA funding.
