Veda Data Solutions was a U.S. health technology company focused on automating and improving healthcare provider data management for health plans and provider organizations. Its software used data science, machine learning, and workflow automation to clean, validate, ingest, and maintain provider roster, directory, network, credentialing, and related operational data. The company served the administrative infrastructure side of healthcare rather than developing therapeutics, medical devices, or clinical-stage products. Veda was backed by investors including Oak HC/FT and HealthX, raised a $45 million Series B in 2021, and was acquired by H1 in 2025. Following the acquisition, its capabilities were integrated into H1's broader provider data and health-plan platform.
