Overview
Vegenics developed a pipeline of monoclonal antibodies and peptide antagonists targeting VEGF-C/VEGF-D for cancer therapy and other indications. Its lead program VGX‑100 targeted VEGF‑C. The company’s technology was considered high-potential but most programs were preclinical or early clinical at the time it was acquired by Circadian Technologies in July 2008.
