Venturepharm is a China-based integrated pharmaceutical services company that provides a comprehensive suite of drug development solutions, including contract research (CRO) and contract manufacturing (CDMO). The company specializes in drug discovery, clinical trial management, and the development of generic and innovative small molecule therapeutics. Founded in 1998, it established a significant presence in the Asian market with multiple R&D and manufacturing facilities across China. Its service portfolio covers therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and central nervous system disorders. Despite its early success and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the company encountered prolonged financial and regulatory hurdles. These challenges resulted in a multi-year trading suspension and its eventual delisting in July 2020.
