Company intelligence / Profile preview
Veritas Aortic Solutions is a private cardiovascular medical device company developing minimally invasive, catheter-based treatments for diseases of the aortic root and ascending aorta. The company’s lead product is the Veritas Transcatheter Valved Aortic Root Conduit (TVARC), a permanent implant designed to combine a bioprosthetic aortic valve, an ascending aortic graft, and proprietary coronary perfusion ports in a single system. Veritas is positioning TVARC as a non-surgical alternative to open-heart surgery for high-risk patients with conditions such as aortic dissections and aneurysms involving the aortic root, coronary ostia, and ascending aorta. The system is intended for transfemoral delivery and is being advanced toward first-in-human clinical use. Veritas was spun out of inQB8 Medical Technologies and announced a $12 million seed financing round in June 2026 to support development.
