Verrian

Verrian was a private German psychedelic medicine and pharmaceutical manufacturing company focused on addiction-reduction products derived from natural psychedelics. The company was developing psilocybin-based formulations aimed primarily at alcohol- and opioid-related addiction, while also operating an EU-GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with analytical laboratory and finished-dose capabilities in Radebeul, Germany. Verrian described three operating segments: pharmaceutical manufacturing, phyto-API creation from medical plants, and analytical testing to European standards. The business was acquired by Mota Ventures in 2020, later became part of Thoughtful Brands, and subsequently entered insolvency proceedings, so it does not appear to be operating as an active independent company today.
