Company intelligence / Profile preview
Vesteck has developed the Suture-Tight™ endosuturing platform to secure endovascular aortic repair grafts at the time of implant or during secondary repairs. The device uses nitinol sutures delivered via catheter to prevent migration and leaks ("endoleaks")—major complications in EVAR/TEVAR procedures. As of early/mid 2024, they have completed at least fourteen first-in-human clinical cases internationally with positive outcomes reported by multiple physicians; all patients had successful procedures with no major complications reported post-procedure. The company has received strong feedback from key opinion leaders globally and plans to initiate a pivotal U.S.-based clinical trial for FDA clearance soon.
