Vestion

Vestion, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of regenerative cell therapies for cardiovascular diseases. Founded in 2012 as a spin-out from the University of Miami, the company commercializes novel cardiac cell therapy formulations based on the pioneering research of Dr. Joshua Hare. Its lead program, VEST-001, utilizes autologous cardiac stem cells (c-kit+ cells) to repair damaged heart tissue and restore function in patients suffering from heart failure and myocardial infarction. Vestion operates alongside other ventures founded by Dr. Hare, such as Longeveron, and maintains a strong collaborative relationship with the Interdisciplinary Stem Cell Institute at the University of Miami.
