vFinance Investments, Inc. was a full-service investment banking and brokerage firm that specialized in providing financial services to micro, small, and mid-cap high-growth companies, with a significant focus on the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Originally a subsidiary of vFinance, Inc., the firm merged with National Holdings Corporation in 2008 and later became part of the Fortress Biotech ecosystem when Fortress acquired a controlling interest in National Holdings in 2016.
