Company intelligence / Profile preview
ViaLogy was a technology company that specialized in advanced signal processing for the life sciences, defense, and energy sectors. Originally developed for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, its core technology, Quantum Resonance Interferometry (QRI), was used to extract weak signals from noisy data environments. In the biotech sector, ViaLogy applied this technology to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of genomic and proteomic tools, such as DNA microarrays and PCR. The company was publicly traded on the London AIM market before undergoing a reverse takeover by Premaitha Health in 2014. Following the transaction, the combined entity shifted its focus toward molecular diagnostics and non-invasive prenatal testing.
