Vibra Hospital of Richmond

Vibra Hospital of Richmond was a long-term acute care hospital in Richmond, Virginia that provided inpatient care for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended recovery after intensive care. The facility operated under Vibra Healthcare and focused on post-ICU services such as ventilator weaning, pulmonary care, wound care, medically complex nursing, and rehabilitation support. In April 2023, Select Medical announced an agreement to acquire the hospital and rebrand it as Select Specialty Hospital - Richmond. As a result, the original Vibra Hospital of Richmond entity appears no longer to operate as an active standalone hospital brand.
