Vicus Therapeutics was a privately-held, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel combination therapies for supportive care in oncology. Its lead program, VT‑122—a fixed-dose oral combination of propranolol and etodolac—reached Phase II trials for the treatment of cancer cachexia but was discontinued by September 2021.
