VietAID

VietAID (Vietnamese American Initiative for Development) is a community-based non-profit organization and community development corporation (CDC) based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. Founded in 1994, the organization serves the Vietnamese American community through affordable housing development, childcare, and social services. In the healthcare domain, VietAID provides community health outreach, elder care services, and health education programs, often collaborating with major medical institutions to improve health equity and access for immigrant populations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization played a critical role in providing testing and vaccination services to underserved communities.
