Virchow Vault

Virchow Medical is a precision oncology company that operates the Virchow Vault, the world's first liquid specimen biorepository. The company's core technology, the Crow's Nest Biopsy Catchment System, captures dislodged tumor cells from used biopsy needles that would otherwise be discarded as medical waste. These cells are processed into Liquid Companion Specimens (LCSs) and stored in the Virchow Vault, a CAP-accredited facility. This platform allows oncologists to order genomic sequencing and molecular testing even when traditional tissue blocks are insufficient or exhausted.
