Virscidian is a laboratory informatics and analytical software company focused on automating chromatography and mass spectrometry workflows used in drug discovery and other R&D settings. Its core platform, Analytical Studio, converts raw LC/MS and related analytical data into standardized, decision-ready outputs for applications such as high-throughput purification, compound quality control, reaction screening, affinity selection by mass spectrometry, and DMPK workflows. The company serves pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and broader scientific R&D customers with vendor-agnostic, configurable software and integration capabilities, including REST API-based connectivity to other laboratory systems. Virscidian was acquired by Dotmatics in September 2024 and continues to operate as part of Dotmatics' scientific software portfolio.
