Overview

Vitalli Bio was formed in 2023 by Aditum Bio to develop VIT-801 (formerly DWP213388), an oral dual BTK/ITK inhibitor for autoimmune and other immunological disorders; the asset was anticipated to enter Phase 1 in 2023 based on an FDA-cleared IND, but in 2024 Vitalli terminated its $477M license for DWP213388 with Daewoong while retaining an option to license two additional dual inhibitors, and there are no public Phase 1 efficacy results yet.[1][2][3][4][7]
