Overview

Vivolux developed first-in-class small molecule drugs targeting hard-to-treat cancer cell populations. Their lead candidates, VLX600 and VLX1570, entered early clinical trials but both studies were terminated. VLX600 targeted metabolically compromised tumor cells in solid tumors; VLX1570 was a novel proteasome inhibitor for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Both received FDA clearance for clinical testing and were studied at leading US cancer centers.
