WaldenSierra was a Maryland-based behavioral healthcare company that provided residential, outpatient, crisis, recovery support, and related mental health and substance use treatment services. The organization served adults and adolescents in southern Maryland and was recognized for an integrated behavioral healthcare model rather than a drug-development pipeline. In 2018, Pyramid Healthcare announced an agreement to acquire WaldenSierra as part of its expansion into Maryland, and the business was subsequently rebranded under Pyramid Healthcare.
