Walker Laboratories, originally known as Walker Vitamin Products, Inc., was a pharmaceutical company based in Mount Vernon, New York, that specialized in the development and manufacture of vitamin and nutritional supplements. Founded in the mid-20th century, the company became a recognized name in the early pharmaceutical industry for its specialized vitamin formulations. In 1962, Walker Laboratories was acquired by Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical Company, which sought to expand its portfolio of consumer health and nutritional products. Following the acquisition, the company's operations were integrated into Warner-Lambert's broader pharmaceutical divisions. Warner-Lambert was eventually acquired by Pfizer in 2000, making Walker Laboratories a historical predecessor within the Pfizer corporate lineage.
