Wansheng

Zhejiang Wansheng Pharmaceutical is a Chinese pharmaceutical company focused on the R&D, production, and commercialization of chemically synthesized medicines, with historical strengths in nephrology-supporting products, oncology, dermatology, and drugs used in diabetes-related complications. The company operated multiple dosage-form production lines spanning tablets, capsules, TCM granules, injections, tinctures, ointments, and lotions, giving it an integrated small-molecule development and manufacturing capability. In July 2015, 3SBio acquired 100% of Zhejiang Wansheng for RMB 528 million to expand its small-molecule platform and commercial portfolio. At the time of acquisition, Wansheng had approved products in oncology and chronic kidney disease-adjacent markets and more than a dozen small-molecule pipeline candidates under development. The business appears to remain active as a subsidiary within the broader 3SBio group rather than as an independent public company.
