Washington Regional Medical Center

Washington Regional Medical Center is the flagship hospital of Washington Regional Medical System, a community-owned, locally governed, non-profit healthcare system based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Founded in 1950, the organization operates a 425-bed medical center and a broad network of clinics and specialty services across Northwest Arkansas. Its major service lines include neuroscience, cardiac care, women and infants services, orthopedics, senior care, emergency and trauma care, and surgical services. The system also operates centers of excellence and supports graduate medical education in partnership with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Washington Regional is a care delivery organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company, so it does not have a traditional therapeutic pipeline.
