Well Living Lab Alliance

Well Living Lab is a private research organization focused on how indoor environments affect human health and well-being. Founded as a collaboration between Delos and Mayo Clinic, the company operates a sensor-rich, reconfigurable research facility in Rochester, Minnesota and also runs studies using secure cloud-based technology in real-world settings. Its work sits at the intersection of building science, health science, and digital sensing, supporting research, development, and testing of products, services, and environmental interventions for homes, workplaces, schools, and senior living settings. Rather than developing therapeutics, the organization generates evidence on factors such as air quality, lighting, sound, temperature, humidity, sleep, performance, and healthy aging. The Well Living Lab also runs an alliance program that brings together industry members to collaborate on indoor health and wellness research.
