West End Surgical, LLC is a physician-owned healthcare entity based in Beaverton, Oregon, that operates the Oregon Surgical Institute (OSI) in partnership with Regent Surgical Health. As a specialized ambulatory surgery center (ASC), it focuses on high-acuity outpatient procedures, particularly total joint replacements and complex spine surgeries.
