West Suburban Medical Center

West Suburban Medical Center is an Oak Park, Illinois community hospital and healthcare provider that offers a broad range of medical and surgical services rather than a drug-development pipeline. The facility has operated as a Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital and, as of late 2022, became part of Resilience Healthcare after being acquired from Pipeline Health. Its service lines have included emergency medicine, cancer care, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, behavioral health, rehabilitation, women's health, imaging, laboratory services, and surgical services. However, patient care services were suspended in March 2026 because of financial and technology-related operational issues, so the organization appears to remain an existing healthcare enterprise but is not currently operating as a fully active hospital.
