Whiteboard Consulting Group is a Canadian-based management consulting firm founded in 2012 that specializes in leadership development programs, change management facilitation, process improvement training ("The Whiteboard Way©"), and corporate culture transformation for private and public sector organizations. While it has served healthcare providers among its diverse clientele—including hospitals—it is neither a life sciences nor biotech/pharma company. The firm operates primarily out of Toronto with services delivered across North America by a small team led by President Nicole North.
