Whole Health Utah is a Utah-based integrative and functional medicine practice founded by Andrew Petersen, DO, focused on root-cause diagnosis and personalized treatment for chronic and complex health conditions. The practice has operated under the names Whole Health Medical Group and Whole Health Team, and later became part of Forum Health, where its Utah clinics continue to operate in Orem and West Jordan.
