Company intelligence / Profile preview
Willamette Valley Community Health (WVCH) was a Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) that managed healthcare services for Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members in Marion and Polk counties. Formed as a partnership between local healthcare providers, hospitals, and county health departments, the organization focused on integrating physical, mental, and dental health services to improve community health outcomes. WVCH ceased operations on December 31, 2019, after the Oregon Health Authority decided not to renew its contract for the subsequent CCO 2.0 period. Following its closure, the organization's members were transitioned to PacificSource Community Solutions to ensure uninterrupted access to care.
