Wilsey Tool Company was a U.S.-based precision contract manufacturer serving the medical device industry from Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The company produced medical implants, surgical and dental instrumentation, complex implant systems and assemblies, and components used in applications including orthopedic devices and engineered heart valves. Its capabilities centered on precision machining, manufacturing engineering, assembly, and quality systems for medical OEM customers. In 2021, Wilsey Tool Company was acquired by ARCH Medical Solutions and its Quakertown site now operates as ARCH Medical Solutions – Lehigh Valley, Quakertown. Wilsey was therefore healthcare-related, but it was not a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company.
