Women in Life Science Denmark

Women in Life Science Denmark (WiLD) is a non-profit professional network established in 2022 to promote diversity and leadership for women within the Danish life science industry. The organization targets executives, board members, experienced specialists, and top-level scientists in both industry and academia. WiLD aims to strengthen value creation in the sector by increasing the visibility of female role models and providing a platform for knowledge sharing and professional development. Key initiatives include a high-level mentoring program, networking events, and an expert panel to support the next generation of female leaders. The network has expanded its footprint across the Nordics, including collaborations in Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
