Woodridge Pharmaceuticals was a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition and commercialization of branded prescription products. The company's portfolio was anchored by Omeclamox-Pak, a triple-combination therapy containing omeprazole, clarithromycin, and amoxicillin for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. Woodridge also marketed Pexeva, a paroxetine mesylate product indicated for various psychiatric conditions including depression and anxiety disorders. In 2014, the company was acquired by Pernix Therapeutics to expand its presence in the gastroenterology and psychiatry markets. Following the bankruptcy of Pernix in 2019, the assets originally held by Woodridge were transitioned to Currax Pharmaceuticals.
