World Trade Center Utah

WTC Utah accelerates the growth of Utah businesses by providing international trade consultation, facilitating global partnerships, and supporting export activities. It serves as a hub for connecting local companies to global markets through advisory services, trade missions, and grant programs. While it works closely with life sciences and healthcare innovators in the state—helping them access international opportunities—it does not itself develop or commercialize health-related products.

In 2023 alone, WTC Utah served 455 companies and facilitated $356.3 million in new trade opportunities.

The organization has played a key role in helping life science firms from Utah expand internationally by organizing delegations to major events like Arab Health in Dubai, but these are client support activities rather than internal R&D or product development.

WTC Utah also partners with initiatives like BioHive to promote the state's healthcare innovation ecosystem.

It operates as an affiliate of the World Trade Centers Association.
