Overview
WPD developed a diverse oncology pipeline with four clinical-stage candidates and several preclinical programs targeting difficult-to-treat cancers such as glioblastoma and pancreatic cancer. The most advanced program was WP1066, which received Orphan Drug designation in the US for glioblastoma. As of late 2022–2024, most development activities ceased after loss of control over the Polish subsidiary and discontinuation or suspension of key programs.
