Wülfing Holding is a German holding company that historically managed the Wülfing Pharma group, a prominent mid-sized pharmaceutical manufacturer. Founded in 1893 and headquartered in Gronau, the company specialized in the development and production of treatments for cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, with its most notable product being the vasodilator Complamin. In 1984, the operational pharmaceutical business, Wülfing Pharma, was acquired by the Belgian biopharmaceutical leader UCB, which integrated the Wülfing portfolio and manufacturing facilities into its global network. Today, the holding entity remains active in managing family interests and legacy assets, while the Gronau facility continues to serve as a key global manufacturing site for UCB's neurology and immunology portfolios.
