Xanadu

Xanadu Bio is a private biotechnology company developing next-generation polymer nanoparticle delivery systems for mRNA and other nucleic acid therapeutics. Its core platform, PACE (poly(amine-co-ester)), is designed to enable tunable, organ-specific, immune-silent delivery for local or systemic administration. The company is applying this platform across oncology, immunology, and vaccine applications, including intranasal approaches intended to induce mucosal immunity against respiratory pathogens. Xanadu Bio has licensed core platform technology from Yale University and has highlighted development work on an intranasal SARS-CoV-2 booster concept. The company has also disclosed an evaluation agreement with Johnson & Johnson involving the PACE platform.
