Overview
Xbiome has three clinical-stage programs in Phase 1 and 2, including Asia’s first FDA-approved FMT trial for graft-versus-host disease, a gene-modified probiotic for diabetic foot ulcers in partnership with Aurealis, and a commensal bacterial therapeutic (M201) recently acquired for ulcerative colitis. Early-stage work includes solid tumors, autism, and immuno-oncology. Results show promising early efficacy, especially in graft-versus-host disease and chronic wounds.
