Overview
Xcovery has developed next-generation small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors for oncology; its lead asset, ensartinib, an ALK inhibitor, is approved in China for first-line treatment of ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer. Other programs target EGFR, PDGFR, VEGFR, and mTOR pathways, with varying stages of development, including some discontinued and some in early clinical stages. Xcovery is seeking partners to launch ensartinib in the US and globally, and to develop combination therapies.
