Overview
XDx developed the first FDA-cleared in vitro diagnostic multivariate index assay (IVDMIA) for immunology, with its lead product AlloMap® used to noninvasively monitor heart transplant rejection. The company also initiated clinical studies in systemic lupus erythematosus to develop predictive blood tests for disease flares[1].
