Company intelligence / Profile preview
Xenthera’s lead candidate, XT-0528, is an oral small molecule RORγT inverse agonist. It has completed three Phase I trials in healthy volunteers with minimal safety issues and demonstrated reduction of the target biomarker IL‑17 across dose ranges. A new Phase I trial in patients with advanced recurrent or metastatic solid tumors has been initiated. Preclinical data show that RORγT inhibition limits tumor growth in cellular and mouse models of pancreatic cancer and may reduce immune-oncology therapy toxicity by modulating inflammatory signaling[1][3][7].
