Xerox Life Sciences was a specialized division of Xerox Corporation that provided business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. The division focused on enhancing patient engagement, streamlining clinical trial recruitment, and providing medical information and regulatory compliance services. Its capabilities were significantly expanded through the acquisitions of specialized service providers such as TMS Health and Telerx Marketing. In 2017, Xerox spun off its business process services into a separate public company, Conduent, which now manages the majority of the life sciences and healthcare BPO portfolio. Today, Xerox continues to serve the healthcare sector primarily through document technology, managed print services, and workflow automation solutions.
