Overview

XSpline has developed an AI-powered cloud-based platform, "XSpline Cloud," which provides non-invasive cardiac panoramic mapping to guide personalized cardiac resynchronization therapy. The system uses advanced AI algorithms to segment and reconstruct 3D heart morphology from standard ECG and imaging data, helping clinicians identify optimal target zones for left ventricular lead implantation. The technology is currently being evaluated in an international multicenter clinical trial ("CRT-DRIVE") with 150 patients across the US and Europe. It is not yet commercially approved.
