Founded by Mr. Yiping Xu in 2011 after his retirement from Shanghai Patent Law Firm, the company provides comprehensive IP services including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright protection, domain names, dispute resolution, investigations, applications preparation and monitoring of IP rights. The team includes highly experienced patent attorneys with technical backgrounds spanning biotechnology to electronics. The firm has about 45 employees across offices in Shanghai and Beijing. Clients include major Chinese corporations (e.g., Alibaba), academic institutions (e.g., Chinese Academy of Sciences), universities (Fudan University), as well as pharmaceutical companies such as Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group. The firm's expertise covers nearly all technical fields relevant to intellectual property protection.
