Founded in 1991 by Yehuda Zissapel and Nava Zisapel, the company is best known for developing Circadin, a prolonged-release melatonin formulation for the treatment of insomnia. The company operates as part of the RAD Group and maintains a strong focus on the role of melatonin in aging and neurological health. Following the passing of Yehuda Zissapel in 2024, the company continues its mission under the leadership of co-founder Nava Zisapel.
