Ying Tai Bio-Technology Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated biotechnology company founded in 2007 that specializes in the research, development, and production of lysostaphin, a recombinant biological enzyme used as an alternative to traditional antibiotics. Lysostaphin specifically targets and cleaves the pentaglycine cross-bridges in the cell walls of Staphylococcus aureus, making it highly effective against staph infections. The company's product portfolio includes Xinjingjie (NewClean) for the over-the-counter (OTC) oral and mucous membrane care market, and Baikerui for hospital-grade wound and burn infection management. Ying Tai Bio-Technology was backed by Tembusu Partners, which invested in the company in November 2007, and was eventually dissolved via a members' voluntary winding up in March 2026.
